  • Bridge the gap between customers and the business by using clear language, repeatable processes and detailed technology requirements to drive change.
  • Be the champion of documentation, communication, and process – you will need to evaluate, analyze, and communicate requirements at each stage of the technology development process, so everyone involved is pleased with the final product.
  • Develop meaningful relationships built on trust with customer and internal staff. Be ready to respond to concerns with supporting information and recommendations.
  • Lead, support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features including:

Director of Healthcare Operations

The Director of Healthcare Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the multiple teams, each with important responsibilities related to Myndshft’s success.   2. Leading operational functions in the healthcare revenue cycle with experience in alternative site care and ambulatory segments. Infusion, home-based care, diagnostics labs and/or durable medical equipment are highly desirable.
  3. Linear and strategic thinking. You can intuitively map out a process in sequence, while also connecting this process to the bigger picture

      • Be responsible for utilizing good critical thinking, problem solving and product knowledge to accomplish these tasks.

      The primary objective of the role is to provide a prompt resolution. This will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems at the first point of contact if possible.

      When/if a bug is identified that you cannot resolve, you will be responsible for determining the severity and escalating the request to the appropriate team(s) to investigate and resolve.

      Requirements

      • Within 90 days of employment, have a basic understanding of the code base and be able to read, interpret and identify errors with languages such as Java, C#, Go, and Python.
      • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
      • Experience communicating with all areas of the business including developers and clients.
      • Experience documenting customer support interactions in a professional, courteous and accurate manner.
      • Desire to take ownership of support requests and manage them in a logical and methodical manner.
      • Ability to adapt to change and quickly pivot based on customer needs and organizational priorities.
      • Natural aptitude for troubleshooting & problem solving.
      • Ability to pass a background check(s) (conducted by Myndshft as well as customers)

      Desired (But not required) Skills & Experiences

      • Experience with software development best practices and principles.
      • Development experience or professional training in Java, C#, Go, Python highly valued.
      • Experience working in an organization that practices lean/agile/scrum a plus.
      • Experience in healthcare is not required but is highly valued.
