As a Business Analyst, your work will be the glue that keeps our customers connected to our development teams and our business objectives. You will seek out, document, and help design and implement the products and services provided by Myndshft. You will speak with data and contribute your experience as you provide direction for the unique work Myndshft is doing to change the face of healthcare. This is a mission critical role, as we require your knowledge and expertise to ensure our products have the expected impact on patients, doctors and families.

Requirements

  • Bridge the gap between -stakeholders and the business by using clear language, repeatable processes and detailed technology requirements to drive change
  • Be the champion of documentation, communication, and process – you will need to evaluate, analyze, and communicate requirements at each stage of the technology development process, so everyone involved is pleased with the final product
  • Develop meaningful relationships built on trust with stakeholders and internal staff. Be ready to respond to concerns with supporting information and recommendations
  • Lead, support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features
  • Define and document both functional and technical requirements that contribute to the overall objective of projects.
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Identify technical issues through system testing and suggest solutions to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
  • Ensure the proper terminology is used accurately and consistently when communication occurs across the organization
  • Support Product Owners through building mock ups, defining acceptance criteria for new system features and drafting release notes.

Required Experience

  • Three years experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance gathering business requirements for diverse audiences and applications
  • Proven analytical abilities. You can make sense of data and “connect the dots” with ease
  • Excellent communication skills. You can tailor your message (and data) to be relevant to your audience
  • Experience creating and refining processes in a fast-paced setting without compromising attention to detail
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working for a software or technology company

Quality Assurance Engineer

As a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer on our Development team, you will ensure product quality for applications that will send and receive data from a variety of healthcare software APIs; both internally and externally. Your contribution to our product helps people get the medical care they need sooner. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.) Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. Ultimately, you should collaborate with the team at all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

In this role you will:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team to drive the implementation and ongoing delivery of our products and services to our clients – healthcare providers and payers. Working closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Prior Auth Specialist and Business Analysts, your job will include coordinating people and processes to ensure our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. This is a rare opportunity to get in at the ground level with a rapidly growing company, meaning you will help shape Myndshft.

  1. Manage large scale client engagements and partner programs, handling both executive and project level relationship interfaces with the customer. Lead client governance calls as necessary for larger strategic engagements, leveraging client dashboards, metrics and KPI’s.
  2. Establish a trusted advisor relationship to influence positive client outcomes, overcome objections and secure commitment. Manage complex and political situations deftly. Diffuse difficult topics and issues.
  3. Manage the full scope of the engagement spanning pre-sales to post-live optimization phases. This may include SOW preparation or review.
  4. Prepare and manage project plans that span all aspects of a client deployment and integration activities, working with client teams and internal operational and technical teams.
  5. Maintain and proactively manage project schedules, issues and risks logs, meeting minutes and recurring communication, as required per Myndshft methodology.
  6. Manage all phases of the project, including kick-off, discovery, integration, system configuration, automation and build, testing, training and post-live client adoption and stabilization prior to transition to support teams.
  7. Ensure detail coordination and planning of activities across internal and external teams.
  8. Be accountable for preparing and managing financial forecast and revenue projections for your project portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting for schedule and revenue
  9. Conduct interviews and perform analysis to create business cases for projects. Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.

Interface with other departments, such as product management and development, as necessary, to communicate product feedback, requirements or issue resolution.
