Job Responsibilities:

  • Take part in user experience research
  • Have a holistic view, understanding, and strong consideration of design and user experience, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and other digital tools to test and improve product experiences in collaboration with internal and external customers
  • Use research to challenge and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience better

Quality Assurance Engineer

As a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer on our Development team, you will ensure product quality for applications that will send and receive data from a variety of healthcare software APIs; both internally and externally. Your contribution to our product helps people get the medical care they need sooner.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.) Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. Ultimately, you should collaborate with the team at all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience testing software.
  • Experience working with GIT.
  • Proven work experience working closely with product development teams Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Hands-on experience with both API and Front-end testing
  • Experience in writing and managing test matrices
  • Hands-on experience with Postman and Cypress automated testing tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying enterprise grade applications.

Myndshft’s Sr. Sales Account Executive will be responsible for leading sales activities in the healthcare provider business segment. We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling healthcare technology to the provider segment. You will be responsible for hunting, prospecting, and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with transforming the way many administrative healthcare tasks are executed today. This position reports to the VP of Sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and revenue growth as well as go-to-market for the healthcare provider segment.
  • Collaborate with the technology, product, marketing and customer success teams.
  • Apply a deep understanding of the business drivers for the provider segment.
  • Assist in the hiring and development of other sales positions
  • Evaluate performance and productivity
  • Pilot, launch, and commercialize new products in a sales role
  • Provide leadership for developing a go to market approach for the provider segment.
  • Driving sales and growth initiatives including new client logos and creating brand awareness in the provider market.
  • Developing a pipeline of new business opportunities which deliver high value and significant return on investment to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven leader with a track record of revenue growth and ability to hit or achieve annual sales goals.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to healthcare providers with specific knowledge and expertise in healthcare administration, utilization management, benefits and eligibility, and prior authorization.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, value-based payments, regulatory and emerging business models in healthcare.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development with advanced healthcare technologies (preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization
  • Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
  • Solid understanding and proven experience working in a dynamic development environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
