In this role you will:

About the role:

  • Enhance the customer onboarding experience from post-sale to hand-off to customer success and operations
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and performance data to identify critical points to improve the onboarding experience and design strategies or initiatives which result in WOW experiences

Software Engineer (Robotics Processing Automation - RPA)

As a Software Engineer (RPA), you will build automations which our Business Analysis and Product teams have identified as needed. You will largely work with Ui Path, writing in .NET and using other tools within Myndshft’s tech stack. You will be required to practically apply existing, new, and emerging technologies (UiPath) to new and evolving business and operating models.

In this role you will:

  • Develop Robotic Process Automations using UiPath
  • Work with Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Analysts and other stakeholders in identifying and defining requirements
  • Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions
  • Contribute to and authoring technical design documents (TDD) and process design documents (PDD)
  • Identify and create reusable automation components and ensure consistency in design across use-cases
  • Develop automations/customizations utilizing C# .NET, UI Path and other automation tools
  • Install of UiPath software and required third party libraries and components
  • Collaborate with DevOps/Platform Engineering to develop CI-CD pipeline for UiPath automation including automated test execution
  • Implement Bot throughput logging, auditing, and exception handling
  • Contribute and planning UiPath/automation stack upgrades to newer/latest version
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and IT
  • Estimate development efforts and providing guidance on development timelines, risks and constraints
  • Conduct code review with peers to ensure adherence to requirements and coding standard

Requirements

  • 3+ years of UiPath Robotics Process Automation development experience
  • 2+ years’ experience working with fast-paced or agile project delivery methodologies
  • Experience in developing and managing packages in UiPath for external consumption
  • UiPath RPA Developer Certification
  • Strong knowledge of the Robotic Enterprise Framework
  • Hands on coding experience in C# .NET
  • Strong experience using C# to create custom code in UI Path
  • Experience in using UiPath Credential Manager for maintaining, securing and retrieving user credentials
  • Experience in Scheduling Bots thru Studio and Orchestrator
  • End to end process automation using UI-Path. Experienced in staging and deploying the automation solution into test and Live environments

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will lead a team of software engineers that develop and maintain customer facing and internal applications and APIs. This role will have a direct impact on the scaling and performance of our team, and will contribute to significant, disruptive improvements to the healthcare industry.

About the role:

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will oversee product engineering operations and ensure that proper engineering procedures and best practices are followed. Your leadership will ensure that the work completed by the development teams is consistent with the Myndshft ground rules and software development standards. Your interactions and efforts will set the tone for the development teams and influence Myndshft’s culture.

As a leader of a software development team, you will:

  • Drive the delivery of valuable software to our customers by guiding development teams of front-end and back-end developers, and collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, and the delivery manager.
  • Align engineering goals and objectives to support execution of the Myndshft’s strategic plan.
  • Collaborate closely with peers in product and engineering to ensure alignment for the development and operations of software products.

Requirements

Software QA Manager

As a skilled Quality Assurance Engineering Manager on our Development team, you will build and lead a team of QA Engineers to ensure product quality for applications that will send and receive data from a variety of healthcare software APIs; both internally and externally. Your contribution to our product helps people get the medical care they need sooner. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance KPI metrics (e.g. defect escape rate, defects caught in QA, etc.).

Our ideal candidate will take on leadership responsibilities for the team such as mentoring other Engineers and will be responsible for the process(es) of conducting tests before product deployments to ensure software meets acceptance and delivers the desired value to our customers.. Ultimately, you should collaborate with the team at all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.

In this role you will:

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Lead the QA team to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Assist the team in building automated test suites when the use case is appropriate.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
  • Perform and document thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with your partners on the software engineering and product management teams.
  • Monitor debugging process results.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect escape rate.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the Quality Assurance team and provide mentorship and insight as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of professional experience testing software.
  • 2+ years coding automations or leading a team through automating test plans
  • Experience working with GIT
  • Proven work experience working closely with product development teams Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Hands-on experience with both API and Front-end testing
  • Experience in writing and managing test matrices
